Reception Opening Hours:
The reception is open from 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM. However, if you arrive after closing time, you can access at any time without time restrictions. After 6:30 PM, we will send instructions on how to access independently, following arrangements with staff by 6:00 PM on the day of arrival. Please send guest identification documents in advance. Instructions will be sent via WhatsApp or email to the contacts provided during booking. If you need to send to a different number, please contact us directly.

Parking:
Parking is available upon reservation, accessible 24/7.

Check-out:
Check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

Payments:
Full payment for the stay for non-refundable bookings is required at the time of booking. For refundable rates, a credit card will be requested as a guarantee, which we will pre-authorize and cancel at check-in. For late check-ins, please coordinate directly with staff who will be available to meet you at reception opening the next morning. We accept payments by card, cash, and debit card. The tourist tax and any additional costs like parking or extra beds must be paid in cash for administrative reasons.

Extra Costs:
We offer tailored services for our guests, such as breakfast, late check-out, and parking. These costs may vary by season and can be added at any time during booking.

Bed Types:
We can provide single or double beds to ensure a comfortable and personalized stay. We also have the option to add an extra bed for a small fee in the room, or a crib for younger children at no extra cost. Please communicate any preferences at least one day before arrival. If no communication is made, the room will be prepared with a double bed.
