Cancellation Policy

Refundable rate: free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival. Cancellations within 5 days of arrival or no-show: penalty equal to 100% of the total stay. Non-refundable rate: no refund in case of cancellation or amendment.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in from 15.00
• Check-out by 10.00
• Early check-in and late check-out on request (surcharge may apply)

Payments

• Deposit: 25% to confirm the booking
• Balance: full payment 7 days before arrival
• Methods: credit card, bank transfer
• Tourist tax: € 2.50 per person per night (payable on site)

House Rules

• Quiet hours: 22.00 — 08.00
• No smoking in the rooms
• Pets only with prior authorisation (surcharge applies)
• Guests are responsible for any damage
• Unauthorised parties or gatherings are not allowed

Liability

The property is not liable for lost or damaged items. We recommend using the in-room safe. Travel insurance is advised.
